New Patients are required to COMPLETE A NEW PATIENT FORM and
be seen by our Integrative Medical Team before they can proceed with
any IV infusion or any other treatments. To Get Started please complete
our new patient enrolment form and email it back to us at info@boostiv.co.nz
Book An Appointment
If it is your first time, please select 'initial Doctor consult' when filling
out the booking form. Otherwise, you can go straight to booking IV
treatments with our nurse. Enrolled patients can also book our other
treatments. You can book by phone or fill our our booking form. We will
be in touch to confirm an appointment time with you.
