Success Back To Health - 3 Key Daily Steps

Make this your first target of the day! Prioritizing your day to get the hardest thing done first, leaves no room for procrastination. This approach guarantees that you're always moving forward. 2. Delegate Like a Pro: 

It's not just about assigning tasks to your family and friends (you may not have your health team yet), or your ever-supportive spouse. It's about looking for ways to gain help from outside and delegate some chores to gain more time. Have you tried a grocery delivery service?  Friends to do the juicing, and meal plans. Subscription plans to help you save time & mental energy.

Eliminate some decision fatigue while saving you time and energy. This way you have more energy for exercise, meditation, and those important appointments you need to attend. 

3. Actions Schedule - Setting clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals are necessary. Now break this down into actionable steps and schedule them in your calendar. Treat these tasks as non-negotiable appointments with your future health as the goal. By dedicating specific times to work on tasks it moves you closer to your ultimate goals.  You're now creating a structure that not only keeps you on track but also empowers you to achieve more. Without a clear structure, the chance of staying on track is slim, days will go by and you won't have started on your first health goal.
