Green Smoothie Recipe

A green smoothie is an easy and convenient way to get more greens into your diet, while adding vitamins and nutrients from fruits & vegetables into your morning routine. This reciepe also includes avocados - for healthy fats and creamy texture.

Ingredients 

1 & 1/2 cup of plant based nut milk, oat, soy, or any other milk you choose.

2 cups of baby spinach 

1 banana (very ripe is naturally sweeter, and frozen is best)

1 apple sliced into cubes

1/4 avocado

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy!
