Cacao Smoothie

1/2 frozen green / pre-ripe banana
1 tsp cacao powder
1 Tbsp hemp seed protein
1 Tbsp collagen powder
2 Tbsp nut butter
1/2-1 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Optional: 1 tsp cacao nibs for extra anti-oxidants and crunch

Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie

1/2 orange
1/2 cup blueberries
1/3 cup fresh coriander
1/2 tsp spirulina
1/2 tsp barley grass juice powder
1 Tbsp Atlantic dulse (omit if you do not have available)
1 Tbsp hemp protein
1 Tbsp collagen powder
1 tsp nut butter

Green Goddess Smoothie

1 tsp chia seeds
1 handful spinach
1/2 handful of kale (omit if you have a very sensitive stomach)
1 kiwifruit
1/4 an avocado
1 Tbsp hemp protein
1 Tbsp collagen powder
1/3 cup frozen blueberries

Tropical Vibes Smoothie

1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup pineapple
1 Tbsp hemp seed protein
1 Tbsp collagen powder
1 small piece of ginger
1 Tbsp chia seeds

Sunshine Smoothie

1/2 cup frozen pre-ripe banana
1/2 cup berries (blueberries and/or raspberries)
1 Tbsp hemp protein seeds
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2-1 cup coconut milk
1 pinch black pepper (to activate turmeric)
