Blueberry Muffin Protein Shake

With all the goodness of blueberries, and satisfying protein, this blueberry muffin shake is a filling breakfast or post-workout fuel for your body.

Ingredients 

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/4 cup gluten-free rolled oats

1 Tbsp nut butter

1 cup plant-based milk

1 Tbsp flaxmeal

1-2 Tbsp of hemp or pea protein

Method

  1. Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender and that's it! Use ice for an extra thick shake.
