Gluten-Free White Christmas Slice
A treat for those with a sweet tooth and great for entertaining. This white Christmas fudge slice is an indulgent gluten-free sweet.
Ingredients
- 500 grams white chocolate melts
- 1 ½ cups gluten-free rice bubbles
- 100g glace cherries, halved
- 160g almonds, roasted, halved
- 160g sultanas
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
1. Melt chocolate over a water bath or by microwaving 30 seconds at a time. Fold in the remaining ingredients.
2. Pour mixture into a lined pan, pressing down firmly. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
3. Turn the slice out of pan onto a chopping board. Using a hot knife, cut into squares. Enjoy!
